Fd2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the fd2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of this platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the fd2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and fd2 ("Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use fd2's services. This platform is only available to users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Fd2 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform, and continued use after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security

Registration Requirements

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on fd2. Registering more than one account under the same user is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Full name as it appears on a valid identity document
An active and reachable email address
A valid Malaysian phone number
Accurate date of birth for age verification

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. fd2 will never ask for your password via email or any communication outside the platform. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access was promptly reported to us.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team at [email protected] immediately to have your account temporarily frozen.

User Responsibilities & Terms of Use

Users of the fd2 platform agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and must not engage in any unlawful activities through this platform. The following behaviours are specifically prohibited:

Use of bots, automated scripts, or unauthorised third-party software to access the platform
Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
Impersonation or use of another person's personal information
Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity

Sharing your account with others or transferring your account to another person
Abuse of promotions or bonuses through unauthorised methods
Any action intended to manipulate game outcomes
Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age

Any breach of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice, and fd2 reserves the right to withhold any balance in accounts associated with rule-violating activity while an investigation is ongoing.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the fd2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). fd2 supports a variety of local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and other payment options listed in your account dashboard.

Deposit

Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received by our system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. fd2 is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet operators.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered under the verified user's name. fd2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security. All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance checks carried out by our team.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bonuses and promotions offered by fd2 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus. fd2 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through methods that violate the promotion's terms.

Fd2 Liability Limitations

Fd2 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, fd2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential losses, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Fd2 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or transaction processing delays caused by factors beyond our control. Users are advised to ensure a stable internet connection when using the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Fd2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
Providing false or misleading registration information
Any conduct deemed harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform
Upon request by authorised authorities

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any balance in the account may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. If no evidence of fraud is found, the valid remaining balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the fd2 platform are the exclusive property of fd2 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from fd2.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising in connection with the fd2 platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion before any legal proceedings are initiated.
